Sintered wire mesh is made form multiple layers of woven wire mesh panel together using a sintering process. This process combines heat and pressure to permanently bond multi-layers of mesh together. The same physical process used to fuse individual wires together within a layer of wire mesh is also be used to fuse adjacent layers of mesh together. This creates a unique material offering excellent mechanical properties. It is ideal material for purification and filtration. It may be from 5, 6 or 7 layers of wire mesh
Material: Standard material SUS304 (AISI304), SUS316 (AISI316), SUS316L (AISI316L), Alloy Steel Hastelloy, Monel, and Inconel.
Standard Size: 500 × 1000 mm, 600 × 1200 mm, 1000 × 1000 mm, 1200 × 1200 mm, 300 × 1500 mm, or customized.
Fabrication: easily formed, sheared, welded and punched.

Sintered wire mesh has many advantages compare with other filter mesh, such as:

Filter mesh not easy to deform because of two protective layers.
Can used for uniform filtration in high pressure or high viscosity environment.

What types of sinter mesh filters we are supply:


Type A Sintered Mesh

This is the most widely used standard structure sintered mesh. It is a porous sintered material made by stacking five layers of stainless steel wire mesh according to different structures, and then through sintering, pressing, rolling and other processes.


Type B Sintered Mesh

This is a sintered mesh made of a multilayer plain weave square mesh. Due to the high opening rate of the square mesh, the sintered mesh produced has the characteristics of high air permeability, low resistance, and large circulation. Mainly used in filtration of gases and liquids. Because each layer of screen has greater selectivity, its structure can be customized according to user requirements.


Type C Sintered Mesh

This is a sintered mesh made by stacking two or three layers of plain weave dense meshes with the same precision and then sintering, pressing and rlling. It has the characteristics of uniform mesh distribution and stable air permeability. Mainly used in fluidized bed, powder conveying, silencer, drying, cooling and other fields.


Type D Sintered Mesh

The product is a sintered mesh sintered with a punching plate and a multiHayer stainless steel wire mesh. The sintered mesh has higher compressive strength and mechanical strength due to the support of the punching plate. Mainly used in food and beverage, water treatment, power plant dust removal, pharmaceutical, film and other industries.
